Splash

k1

I'm in a mood. We've had about 2 weeks of rain and I really need some sunshine. I'm at the point that all my photos look dull and drab. I'm not happy with any of them and I really need some sunshine to brighten them up and to brighten my mood. *sigh*

  1. And we are the opposite here Lisa....no rain at all! Everything is SOOOOO dry...it is unbelievable. We can't get our boat out of the boathouse as the water is just too low!! That has never happened before and my husband has had this place thirty years!! Hopefully sun will shine soon!!! I like the way the pic came out though.

  2. Oh, Lisa...I know that feeling well. Vermont has been so up and down with the weather, since April. We had a glimpse of summer weather early on, then snow, then rain, then more sunshine and these days, lately, have been a day of downpour followed by a day of sun (maybe).

And then, I have my own days where I feel like it's raining even if the sun is shining outside, you know the kind? Where you just don't feel like being social, being out...even though it is beautiful.

Hopes for the rain clouds to break and the sun to shine brightly, just for you :)

  3. Nothing like weeks of rain to put a damper on your photography skills, but you managed to find something pretty to take a picture of.

  4. Rain can be thought of as washing away unwanted things, cleansing yourself. Refreshing. Sometimes it is all in how you look at it.

  5. Brighten your mood and go back to considering moving out here. ;) Lots of sunshine today. Although your splash is quite cool.

  7. That splash looks pretty refreshing. We've had straight sunshine and we're in the 100s. A happy medium would be good!!!
