Sweet Grandchildren

071410

I have no doubt, that if I hadn't went to the doctor when I did, I would not have been here to meet my grandchildren.  Everyday, I am thankful for my doctors and chemotherapy giving me the extra time.  Time to see my daughter become a mother.  Time to get to know my grandchildren.  They are so much fun!  I can't imagine my life without them, their hugs, kisses, and precious 'MeMaw's.

  9. she is such a sweet little fairie baby...

i had no idea that you have been battling this terrible disease. my heart goes out to you. my sister {who is also my best friend in the world} has been fighting cancer for over a year now. they have only given her 1-2 years but they don't know how many people are praying for her! she is part of a new clinical trial in nashville. we are hoping and praying that this is the drug that is going to kill this awful stuff.
every day presents new emotions~ it's a very hard thing to deal with.
i'll be praying for you as well.
    many hugs~

  10. What beautiful blue eyes!
I don't remember what it was like before Grandchildren. It has been a marvelous time for me.
There was a reason that you went to the doctor when you did Lisa - you were supposed to meet those grandchildren. Enjoy every day and as one Grandma to another - I KNOW you do.

  16. Just had our first granchild, a girl on July 2. She is so awesome. She has been in the NICU for two weeks and she came home yesterday. What a wonderful feeling to see your own child become a parent. Your granddaughter is gorgeous and that is a great photo of her.
