Fresh Country Air
Standing in open country with just the breeze in my face makes me feel so small, but also gives me opportunity for plenty of awe, and can stir flickers of hope where there was none. There's not much better than fresh country air. . .minus cow poop aroma, obviously.

agreed. and I so want a windmill.
ReplyDeleteI just read the most amazing book about the building of a windmill called "The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind" and seeing this photo made me think of it.
ReplyDeleteNice windmill. :) Although we never escape the cow poop smell, our neighbors have bulls and when the wind is right, wow, it's potent. lol
ReplyDeleteLove the windmill but, come on, you can't have "fresh" country air without cow poop! =)
ReplyDeleteI beautiful shot - I can almost feel the breeze.
