Rainy days
I am one of those people who does not like rain. I find it depressing, and well. . .wet. I want to become one of those people who sees rain outside their window, ditches their shoes, and runs out to dance in it. Meet you there?

I'll be the one up to my ankles in a mud puddle. Dancing like a goofball!!!
ReplyDeleteTo become one of those people you have to experience 8 months of no rain....THEN you will run into the street and dance, when it finally DOES rain. :)
ReplyDeleteYou certainly made the most of this rainy day! WOW ~ What an amazing image!! I LOVE it!!
ReplyDeleteI'll be the one w/out the umbrella....a rain date sounds fabulous! :)
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the rain. Lately it has been so hot and dry that a little rain would very much welcomed!
ReplyDeleteI love a rainy day and we haven't seen one in a while. I'm hoping we'll get a good drench soon.
ReplyDeleteRainy days are a little melancholic, a little romantic, a little me...
ReplyDeleteLove the picture and its angle :)
ReplyDeleteI like rain as long as it's not cold!
Love the photo! And I did run outside and splash in puddles in the rain one day with the little one .. it was fun! He had a blast and so did I.
ReplyDelete16 points on a double word score . . . that's 32! Nice shot honey!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind the rain, as long as I'm at home and not caught in it outside! rain bring some respite from our hot weather, so I'm not complaining.
ReplyDeletei usually love a good rain and especially an exciting thunderstorm but we have had soooo much rain this summer.
ReplyDeletei does get a little old.
especially when the basement floods.
ugh.
i'll try to have a better attitude and be thankful that it's not scorching and brown now.
:)
meet you in the rain~ probably later today.
I love the rainy days because I know what the moisture does for the wildflowers in the high country. And I'm always on this quest to capture lightning...
ReplyDeleteI guess you should get ready for more. Looks like we're sending another day or two of clouds your way...
We don't get much rain ... love the way it freshens the air and makes everything smell so fragrantly earthy. Not so big on splashing around in it but I do love to watch it.
ReplyDeleteOh, Lisa...I am definitely a "dance in the rain" kind of girl, but I have to be in the right mood to do it...not just any old rainy day. The boys and I, a few years ago, went out into the back yard during a huge downpour....and I danced. It was pure, refreshing, freedom...even to think back on it, I am able to gather those feelings.
ReplyDeleteI hope you dance ♥
It depends on my mood, some days I love it, some days it makes me mad...I love this photo though!
ReplyDeleteWhat an extremely creative photo.
ReplyDeleteWow!
