It was the perfect morning to go for a hike. My camera found many things to land upon and my brain was busy with fun, worry far away.

I love how this picture looks so placid at first, but, when you really look at it there is so much to see. I like how the shadow casts one way and the reflection another and how it looks like ripples are around the reflected branch. And that one little red bit sticking out...
