What have we here? This is a Christmas quilt my mom made for us.
But all Tristan sees is roads for his cars.
So many cute little Christmas items embroidered.
The funny thing is, when I was a kid, I would have seen roads for my cars too.
What a beautiful quilt! your mom is very creative, Lisa. I wonder how long does she takes to do this?
That quilt is just so beautiful! I'm jealous of your mum for having the patience to make something like this!
The package has arrived!!! I LOVE it!! I'm so happy, THANK YOU, thank you Lisa!!! You picked just the right one for me!! That guilt looks so lovely!
The roads on the quilt - too fun!!
Wow, beautiful quilt. I wanna wrap myself in it and roll around the place! Your kid is pretty imaginative, haha!
What a awesome gift she made for you all!
I am so impressed. Your Mom is very talented. (I see roads, too!)
What a very beautiful quilt! Are the centers of the squares embroidered?I have such an appreciation for the hard work and time that goes into crafting such a beautiful keepsake.I made a quilt once. Took me quite a while to finish it - but when I tuck my youngest into bed and wrap him up in the double sized quilt that covers his bed, I ask him who's arms are hugging him tonight and he answers 'yours.'One of the favorite things I love to hear.
what a beautiful work of art--but I can totally see the roads too. How nice of you to let him play on it.
Looks like gridlock to me! If he can figure out how to resolve that, he's got a really bright future ahead of him.
That quilt is beautiful! Will she make me one? LOL I loved matchbox cars too and would have seen roads well - I guess great minds do think alike.
Oh my ... what a BEAUTIFUL quilt and what adorable photos ;-)Hugs and blessings,
What a neat gift. I would love to have something like that. But tell Tristan those are railroad tracks not roads. LOL
It's a very nice quilt. I had a flashback to when I was a kid. Oh yeah, I would have loved all those roads.
This post warms my heart. Such a nice quilt...a treasure for years to come.Hope you enjoyed the holidays.
this made me smile a bit.
That quilt is gorgeous ... both as a quilt and a town with many intersections!
