I am really enjoying my first Amaryllis.  And Valentine's Day seemed like a good time to share the gorgeous red blooms.  Happy Valentine's day!

  19. Cool photos :)

We have a red hibiscus plant here by our Florida house, but it froze during December when we were below freezing! In March we'll cut it down to the ground, and soon it'll be growing and blooming again.

  22. Filamen are such an interesting subject to capture, it's easier with my prosumer Canon S5 with a Raynox macro lens but with a newer DSLR Pentax Kr, it;s a bit difficult with just the kit lens, Need to purchase a macro lens soon.

  52. More importantly, watering at these times actually helps the plant retain water.Best karachi nursery If you water in the afternoon, especially during summer, the heat and sun are at their peak and the plant's water will evaporate instead of absorbing into the soil and roots.
