Overwhelmed

While computers are joyous creations - all my friends live in here ;0) - life sure is diffcult when they act up.  I am spending today trying to get caught up on some blog reading left over from our trip, and reinstalling things on my computer to make it more better.  Dang I depend on this thing a lot for my memory and when its memory got wiped so did mine and I am spending tons of time trying to remember the important stuff that is now lost to me and to it. :(

See you back here tonight for Macro Monday.  I try to put the linky list up every Sunday evening at 7:30 pm Central.

  1. Yeah, it's scary when you suddenly find you can't live without it anymore!

  5. I hate when my computer screws up. I am so addicted to it. No TV. No Cell phone, but I must have my computer.

  7. I hope it works out Lisa. Like everyone else here, I don't like being without my computer.

  8. Yup ... I've been there ... done that multiple times ... figure I'll be there again (possibly sooner than later with this new Dell running Vista that crashes regularly) ... but I'm trying not to think about it too much because I'm already so far behind I might never catch up if it quits on me. I do try to back up regularly ... but even that's iffy with glitches in the getalong. Hope your efforts go smoothly and the results feel rewarding.
    Hugs and blessings,

  9. reminds me of that song: someone left the cake out in the rain, and I'll never have that recipe again.

    Computers.., love them hate them.

Need a back up system that does it automatically for you.

Hope you can restore some of that stuff.

  10. I can relate. Since I started blogging, I have gained new friends and new responsibilities (real or imagined) and it gets a little overwhelming when I realize I haven't visited someone in a while or many people in awhile. I am seeing opportunities now to spend some time on the computer and visit and say hi. It is nice to spend the time doing some visiting.
