Mountain Flowers Macro Monday

  1. Those are great, Lisa - I love the first 'not quite perfect' flower. Such a gorgeous colour! I think things are often more interesting when they're not quite perfect and the composition is spot-on. The focus in both pics is great, too! :)

  7. hello Lisa~ these flowers are beautiful. i think the middle one is my favorite. isn't it great when we don't have our big cameras with us but can still get a few great shots with our backup cameras? hope all is well.

  11. whoa they all look perfect to me! and i use only point and shoot too. and mine is not a back up. it is my only camera! of course not unless i'm on assignment and i get to tinker with a pro.

    absolutely gorgeous to see the wild and the raw. they sure make me gush.

  26. O wow! Those flowers look amazing! And you caught them so pretty well with your macro-lens. I love the colors and the pretty details. Over here, in the Netherlands, we are running out of colorfull flowers, as you can see in my post. Though every season definitely has it's own beauty :)
    Keep on going with this great project. I love it and you make me actually do something hahahaha :D

  33. A day late, and a dollar short...:-). I forgot all about it. Anyhow, thought this was one of the best macros I have had in a while. I just discovered how to use my darn macro mode on my camera, imagine that. :-) LOL
