looking up

110710

The trees are naked now, exposing their twists and turns, making no excuses for the way they jut this way and that.  Soaking up the sun and air on every single inch, resting, so that they may grow even more beautiful.  I see chemotherapy as a time of regathering strength, preparing to burst forth with even stronger buds.

  1. I saw trees just like this on our hike today. What a great shot to start your year #5 in pictures. As you embark on your photographic journey, we will be traveling with you. Your words and your photography are beautiful, and it is so special that you want to share them with all of us. Genie

  5. Love the upshot! It is one of my favorite ways to look. Sometimes, we have to have a little bad in order to really appreciate the good. I love your perspective on Photos and on life.

  6. Beautiful bare tree. They can look stunning can't they? And lots of shrubs that have lost all their leaves already have buds getting ready for next year.
