double exposure-like

I am complicated.  It is possible for me to feel many things at one time and to appear confused to others.

I was shooting for the algae in the water and at first I was disappointed by the reflections, but the more I looked, the more I liked, it reminds me of the old double exposure possibilities with film cameras, and that in turn makes me think of my dad - he had a camera store when I was growing up called, Double Exposure. :0)

  1. You're right. It does look like a double exposure photo. Beautiful. Now I know where you got your passion for cameras and photography from!

  2. If you want to get rid of the reflection, try a Circular Polarizing lens. You can have a full reflection, no reflection, or anything in between. Research before you buy, cheap ones vignette and some do not work with your lens cap.

  3. I love how you tied all this together. And I think the photo does work!

  4. A camera store ... how cool. My dad is also a photographer and has worked for various newspapers over the years shooting pictures. He has always been a big fan of the stop action shots like a baseball frozen in the air. Beautiful hazy picture that makes you wonder what else lies beneath the surface.
