  5. i'm partial to the vultures because they're forgiving as you inch closer to them. i got within 5 to 10 ft of one once. it was a great feeling to stand so close to a wild bird. i may share the video my daughter took of me closing in on one at my fb page. i believe these are even better shots than mine were. have a great day.
