Looks like it knew there was someone taking a picture of him. Look at the shots, he's not even looking! Haha!
What great shots!!!! I only recently started stopping by your blog, but I must tell you that you have awesome WW posts! :)
These are great photos. Happy WW!
The face just doesn't go with the rest of him somehow. It's almost as if he's wearing a mask.
i'm partial to the vultures because they're forgiving as you inch closer to them. i got within 5 to 10 ft of one once. it was a great feeling to stand so close to a wild bird. i may share the video my daughter took of me closing in on one at my fb page. i believe these are even better shots than mine were. have a great day.
love these shots--we have large groups migrating through right now. they have red heads.
He's one scary dude. Great captures, Lisa.
A face only a mother could love... Great portraits of a bird that doesn't get much photo attention!
He is probably spying the alligator, wondering if he is tougher or just uglier....Great shot!!He scares me. :-)
He is so black and big :)))BEAUTIFUL !!
Oh I love the humor of that last shot!! A sign warning NOT to approach alligators, and a vulture sitting on top of it just waiting for the idiot who decides to disobey the sign? Great!
Looks placid, but what's he really thinking?
He really does look like an Undertaker dressed all in black.
Wonderful capture! That's a little too close for comfort when I look at its beak!
It looks like he's trying to tell you something!
