Fabulous Shots...what a beautiful scene to capture..looks amazing! Bravo!
ooo... SCRUMPTIOUS pizza, Lisa! It's dinner time my side of the world, and I am really hungry now after seeing this! We love pizza... it's often a Saturday night treat for us with a film/DVD. Is it Saturday yet?! LOL! Happy Day ((HUGS))
Yummy, great shots.
Yummy now that my stomach is growling do you deliver?
Fabulous photos! I am curious about the ice water though, in combination with the yeast, is that to prevent the dough from rising and to make a crispy crust? Why bother with yeast at all then?I'm not too great of a cook, so I am honestly curious.
Mmmmmmm! I would never attempt to make it from scratch!
Wonderful close up shots. Looks delicious!
so that's how it's done :)
Oh you ambitious person. ;) My Mom used to make pizza from scratch, whole wheat dough I might add too. It's one of those food groups I miss from my childhood. I haven't been able to convince her to do it in a while. Bet it was some tasty pizza!
You've made me hungry too. Your photography should be published in food magazines and recipe books! Have you ever submitted your work to be published?
I want to climb through this screen, come out in Wisconsin, and gobble up that pizza!
With these photos, Wordless Wednesday spoke volumes!
Whoa! You have outdone yourself, girl!! Now I really feel like a pizza!! Great WW!!
You're making me hungry here Lisa and I've already had dinner!
I'm curious what the iced water is for???I have been trying to make homemade pizza more often and I've been really enjoying it. I confess though I haven't made my own dough in a long time but I plan to get back into that. I've never frozen it before but I hear of alot of people doing that, so I think I'll give it a shot. it looks like you do too with them in the freezer bags in your photos. Any hints? and I can't tell what you have the pizza on, is it a pizza stone or a cookie sheet??
