PhotoStory Friday

Sometimes you just have a happy accident. I was on the floor, trying to photograph some flowers, I couldn’t get far enough away and had run into the wall, so I was trying to pull the camera back and shoot the shot without looking through the eyepiece.

Here’s what happened while I wasn’t looking. I really like the photo, although I would never have thought to photograph this object. Any idea what this is?

  1. Such a lovely flower, I love how you got so close. I have no idea what the second photo is. Maybe some kind of candle warmer or something??

  4. Well it's something electrical, that folds up, and has a blower attached. Or, it's two things. That's all I have to say, except, I love this kind of "accidents".

  6. That looks like one of those old hair dryers - the kind you sit under. I haven't seen one of those in years but for some reason as soon as I saw that picture I flashed back to the hundreds of hours I spent under one as a kid LOL

  7. That was my guess too, one of those old home hair dryers.

  9. Well, I see a hinge so I'm assuming that's a case for something... and I see a cord, which I assume is said something. lol. ;) Perhaps a hair dryer? The cord seems kinda thick for that... maybe... hmm... I dunno.

  22. Looks like a hairdryer....the time we spent under those things. I still have one and if I want ANY curl at all I would have to be using it.
