Happy New Year!

_MG_8383

I took this photo when we welcomed in 2008, hope you don't mind me sharing it to welcome in 2009, we spent the hour before and after midnight playing Guitar Heros, and I don't think you want photos of that! Hope you all had a safe and happy celebration!

  4. Beautiful. I was tempted to try last night for firework pictures but it was so cold and I just have the hardest time forcing myself into going out in it. Love yours. Maybe I will try on the 4th.

  15. Great shot! I'm all over the fireworks thing pretty much any chance I get, but it's rare that I get one this good. Care to share the technical details on this one? If I were to guess, I'd say about 4 seconds at f/11 (and if you got it handheld, just don't even tell me that part... I've already determined that you clearly have no pulse, but nobody hand holds a 4 second exposure and gets this!)
