Little known trivia time: Eider down was considered the premium type to use in down filled parkas, jackets, sleeping bags, etc back when they still used real duck down for such things. It was apparently hard to get, so it was only used in the high-end brands. But living in the Land of the Permafrost, you probably already knew that huh?
Cool photos of Parka on the Wing though! How you always manage to get them so sharp in flight baffles me.
