Wandering through Wisconsin

lc1216

When you see the Wolf, does it clue you into the fact that it’s time for letter W in Martha’s A-Z Photo Challenge?

lc1217

Well, it should.

We stopped at a Winery and of course we brought home some Wine.  Wine sign on a Wall.

Wilson’s, in Door County, has some of the best ice cream! You may have seen them on the Food Network.

Wet Winding road.

I have been dying to take a picture of this sign because it always makes me giggle, and groan, at the cleverness, and letter W gave me the perfect excuse. The Wau-king Walking trail in Waupaca.

Wonderful Windmills on a Windy day. (My husband took these two windmill photos)

  2. Oh my gosh! These were amazing photos! I think I want to move to Wisconsin! But did you just see this wolf out loose? That would give me second thoughts. And did you see the face of an old man in the second windmill cloud photo? It looked to me like what the North Wind would look like.

And I love the wet windy road.

Once again, you amaze me with your talent!

  5. Lisa, I enjoy your photography so, so much. How you might everything (even Walgreen's) look so incredible I do not know. Just natural talent I would say. What type of camera do you use? I have been meaning to ask you this for a while. Thanks for the W tour - I enjoyed very much.

  14. The clear lines that define the wolf's head and face startled me. He is a study in symmetry.

Love those washers. Seems like they want to be jacuzzis deep down!

  17. Where did you take the photo of the Wolf? Was it at a sanctuary? I visited a Wolf Sanctuary in Wisconsin once. I don't remember where it was.

After I finish my studies, I think I may go on a Wisconsin safari, too. I have another friend who lives near Wausau.
