  4. I wish they still built them like that. Very cool.

  5. They don't make banks like this anymore. What a respectable bit of architecture!

  6. Each step centers around the presence of strength and protection from the beautufl and watchful Eagle.
Wow, {{ laughung}} I almost feel that my small chump change wouldn't be worthy enough for such a building.
    Thanks for sharing.

  7. This style of architecture screams stability...I think all banks should be required to look like this instead of those glass monoliths...so easily shattered.

  9. Lisa - I LUV these pictures. I have always loved old architecture in buildings. One reason I chose the house I had built was some of the older looking architectural design in it. That eagle is so majestic sitting there ready to take flight. Great photography as always.

  10. Great shots, I just had to comment because my mom was raised in Stevens Point and I have one uncle who still lives there. I loved going to visit in the summer... thanks for stirring up some wonderful memories for me!

  11. I love those very ornate architectural buildings with the columns. And, you got the eagle, too :)

  12. I have a bank building as my WW shot this week too! Mine is a solid looking building, but your building definitely wins the grander (sp?) competition! As a previous commenter said, they just don't build 'em like that anymore.
