Food truck rally

Stepped out of my comfort zone and went to the Boise food truck rally yesterday. I had a lot of fun and the food was tasty!
I started at the Voluptuos Vittles truck and tasted a guru doughnut with peanut crusted chicken and Asian slaw.
It was good, but wish the frosting had been left off the doughnut.  Was a little too sweet.
Then I went to the Free Range Pizza truck for a tiny slice of pepperoni pizza.
Next up the Calle 75 Taco truck.

They had mini carne asada and carnita tacos.
How about a pulled chicken sandwich - smoked chicken, herb toasted bread, aioli and arugula. So yummy! (Saint Lawrence Gridiron)

The Bel Cibo Truck had the most awesome potato balls!  Mashed potatoes  mixed with bacon, green onions, and cheese.

Will definitely be going to the next rally. Yum!
