Feeling Adventuresome
On Thanksgiving, after our picnic and a couple of geocaches, I asked Dennis to pull over at a spot I had spied earlier. I don't think he knew what I was up to when I lead him down a very narrow path on a very steep slope towards the spot I sought. We're getting close here.
It's a long way down! I'll admit it, there were a couple of times I regretted wanting to get out to that viewpoint. A couple of times, Dennis had to hold my hand and calm me down as I started a panic attack. I couldn't watch my footing without seeing that loooong way down.
To the left is the path, the very narrow, slickery path. Towards the middle, behind the trees is the rock I wanted to reach.
That rock, we made it! We sat on the top and enjoyed the view. I wish we had had a geocache with us because we would have planted it. Would be a great spot for one. :)

Traffic Jam
Since moving out west we have been held up by cattle being moved and now sheep - in just about a month, lol. Also, you know those "Lost Dog" signs? Saw one for a cow.
They are jumping over a guardrail on the right.
I posted a short sheep video on facebook if you're interested.
Utah's Woodrat
Found at Rick's Spring in Logan Canyon, Utah.
I think my grandkids would have begged to take him home, lol. PS - He's big.

Owyhee County, Idaho
Stopped at a creek to let the dogs stretch their legs and get a drink.
Although Owyhee county is the second largest county in the state of Idaho, the population is under 12,000 people.

Closetmaid Cubeicals
We bought a couple of the closetmaid cubeicals for my craft room and one of the back boards was missing. Closetmaid was awesomely quick at getting a replacement out to us. I found it funny how this tiny things came in such a big box, lol.

Walking on volcanos
Walking around Craters of the Moon feels really weird when you think about it.
I couldn't resist getting some close-ups of the rocks.
So many color variations.
And things somehow grow there!
You can walk almost the entire rim of this caldera.
