Walk, get up and walk, even if you aren't able to do any other type of exercise, walk.  It's good for your body and I find it's good for my soul.  While walking I can get lost in my thoughts or lost in nature, either way it's a great day!

  1. Yep! I totally agree, I seemed to have gained rather a lot of fat since I stopped my daily walk. Woops!

  2. Walking is very therapeutic. Walking with a camera takes it to a whole new level :-)
