Macro Monday Mask

There are so many beads and masks in New Orleans that it was hard to choose. I did finally get one to bring home. :0)

    I've never been to New Orleans and this is much more ornate that I would expect one to be. A pleasant surprise. I think I'd have a hard time choosing one to bring home. I would certainly want one. :)

  14. Impressive mask. I bought one while in New Orleans a few years ago, but mine wasn't nearly as pretty as this one. Somehow it was broken during my last move.

  20. nice mask. I have a similar one but made like a cat. I bought mine in Venice. There too, it was hard to choose because there were thousends of them.

  28. They are gorgeous... love that last shot, especially. Thanks for hosting! I linked b/c I shot my photo in macro, though it was not close-up! This is one of my favorite lenses... 70-200mm 1.8 macro. It's fast and I can shoot from car! ;) Have a happy Monday!

    I though it was from Venice. When I was in Venice, I loved the masks, but they were too huge to bring home.
