In a fog

It looks rather lonely and bleak, I don't think anyone is home.

It's unusual for us to have fog that lasts all day. But we spent at least 4 days in a fog, every minute of every day, and I assume night, was spent being able to see only a short distance.

The good news is that when the fog lifted we had sunshine and less snow. :0)

  1. It seemed magical although the fog must have inconvenience the lives of some in your place. I'm glad to read about more sunshine and less snow when the fog lifted. :)

  3. the foggy road that leads far into the shot looks mysterious and nice. I have the same fog here today, or even worse, so i hope the same will happen after (sun I mean) even here :-)

  6. That's a beautiful picture. It looks like something from a Stephen King novel and makes part of me want to travel that way and part of me NOT want to LOL

  9. OMG, those are beautiful photos, Lisa, but they made me recoil, LOL. They are a true representation of Wisconsin this time of year, and reminded me why I moved to Florida! I *need* the warmth and sunshine and greenery and flowers of FL! Sunny and 70F here at the moment :)

  11. When we had snow on the ground, we too had lots of fog...weird if you ask me. I like the lonely feel of it sometimes though...good napping conditions!
