Regal bird shots!Almost looks like they could be the "waiter" while poised for catching dinner.
Gorgeous pictures, Lisa! These birds are just beautiful to see.
Very majestic creatures as they wait for their "catch"... :o) Happy Day, Lisa ((HUGS))
Those are beautiful bird shots! They look elegant in their peaceful poses.
Did anyone else see the alligator? creepy! Poor bird!
I was going to say I hope the birdie got something to eat... but then I saw the last picture. Bye-bye birdie.
Beautiful pics!! We love our herons!
All beautiful, but I love the third one, most. I have spent so much time trying to capture the personality of those flighty creatures! They don't seem to be shy around you!
They do look intent on what they're trying to catch. Very focused!
These are so beautiful and regal! I would've been out of my mind if I were the one taking these photos. Out of my mind because I would be so excited being that close to such beauty.
Lovely shots .. esp the closeups!
Oh my goodness... the alligator made me jump in my seat! That is incredible. I would be so scared taking those pictures. Iguanas were bad enough. lol
Spectacular captures! I hope it has a sharper eye than I do! I didn't notice the croc till someone else pointed it out yikes!
Absolutely amazing pictures! Thanks for sharing!!!
These are incredible photos. The afternoon lunch line?
Wow, great shots! We live near a swap and have green herons that nest in the woods next to our house, I love the sound of their call. What sort of equipment do you use to get such fantastic pics? Found your blog through Souers Dujour...
Is that a croc I see? hopefully the bird will not become the croc's dinner!
Oh those perching birds! We have a few egrets and herons that live here in the summer and I just love watching them.
GREAT job on this set Lisa!
Nice photos Lisa.
These shots are wonderful, Lias! These are the photos I dream of taking.
Fantastic shots! Especially the ones against the blue sky!
I had not seen the alligator either, shame on me!
that alligator in the background was what caught my eye!
