Wow, Lisa, that is "up-close and personal". Great captures.
He is one seriously handsome dude.
That's a wonderful frog shot!
Fabulous! Macro Monday brought to you by the letter "F". Mine is a fish.
You always seem to have the most cooperative subjects in the animal kingdom. How do you DO that? I'm stuck with things that don't move most of the time.
When I photographed this bug, I thought of you... I love all the cool bugs you always photograph. I had no idea you hosted Macro Monday, though.Any chance you know what kind of bug it is?MommyWizdom
That's cool and sort of creepy all rolled into one! Great shots.
So good of the toad to be your model this time, awesome shot!
Hello Mr. Frog! Going courtin'? Great shots Lisa! You were eye to eye with this guy.
Ribit indeed! How wonderful. You really scored a winner with this one. I never thought a frog could be handsome, but he is, amazingly. Thanks!
Oh I love your little/big froggies! Thank you for hosting this wonderful meme! I love macro images. mine at: http://miztlee.blogspot.com/2009/06/petals-amongst-petals.html

Very nice shot...well hello there Mr. Toad:)
Great shots Lisa! Not sure if I'll make it in for Macro Monday this week, but I'll be back to playing along soon :-)
:0) This post made me smile. They are cute and ugly all rolled into one. Kinda like my new car ;0)
Hi Lisa,Really cute frog. Wonder if you kiss him he'll turn into a prince! No, I guess not! Mine is posted. Have a great day!Sherrie
Lisa, two great shots.
Awesome frog shot!
Hmmm ... did he look in the least 'kissable' ...??? Inquiring minds and all ;--)Hugs and blessings,
he's definitely a prince in disguise!
Now that's getting close and personal. Nice shots. Thinking about how you managed to capture the frogs reminded me of the time I laid in the grass for what seemed like hours waiting for that chipmunk to appear. He did but those critters are so fast.
I always wonder how.. how do you get that close to the frog without him jumping? Never mind kissing him... I think there must be drugs involved... ; ) LOL. If he does turn out to be a prince and you don't want or have need of him, send him my way.
"Look deep into my eyes," he seems to say. And what pretty eyes he has!
Wonderful!Thank you for hosting Macro Monday.I enjoy macro photography and love seeing what others come up with.Mr. Frog is delightful!Sherry
Now there's a face only a mother could love. ;-) (But don't tell anyone I said that!)
what a handsome fellow
Macro means you can be far away when the photo is taken, right?B/c I would be afraid he would jump at me!And I loved your Stephen King house post - I've always been a big fan of his!
when we went to the movies last weekend, we saw previews of a frog/princess story. Princess turning into a frog !!
Fantastic frog photo!!
How adorable!! Fabulous macro.....looks like you had to get LOW to get that one!!
My husband did some great macro flowers today. We are learning from you!
Can only think of one word....excellent!
Hi, Lisa! It's been way too long since I posted on Macro Monday, or on my own blog for that matter. I've been pretty busy with my card blog. But, I have a couple of new lenses, the winter is over, and I am back behind the camera again. It looks like you had a fabulous vacation!! Wonderful photos!
great shots, love the second one, perfect lighting.
That's a huge frog. He seems so content. I would have been afraid he would move while I was so close. Still, it's a great shot. Hope all is well.
This creature is so amazing. Great captured. Perfect
LOL.............How did you get so close to the frog?
He has beautiful eyes, but he does look a little grumpy. I'm surprised he posed for you, great shots!
