I caught these two Downy Woodpeckers flitting around the yard chasing each other - thought they were adorable!

ReplyDeleteI love your Red-Bellied Sapsucker, we had a beautiful 1 that stayed around my house. 1 day 2 weeks ago I heard a loud bang and looked around and it had flown into my bedroom window, before I could get around to it or it could get up the neighbors stupid cat snatched it up and ran with it. I was so sad. He was so big and beautiful

Mr. Sapsucker is one handsome dude, but red-bellied? I was never good in anatomy but, I'm thinking something amiss ;-)
