We are destined to have 3-5 fresh inches of snow throughout the day Monday. Will this winter never end?
I absolutely love snow. . .just not past the middle of March.

ReplyDeleteThey are calling for sleet here tonight. Last weekend it was in the 70's!
fantastic macros Lisa... we are supposed to get 5-10 up here on Tuesday... and it was just starting to melt in rings around the trees. Oh well. Living in NH we expect the possibility of snow october through the end of april sometimes the first week of may.
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you - even we had more snow last week in the south of England! Worth it for those amazing macros though - stunning.
ReplyDeleteWhat a truly amazing macro photo. It is beautiful and provides a whole new perspective on snow.
ReplyDeleteHow gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the new week.

You know, I have never even seen a snowflake like this. When I grew up on the East coast there was snow but the flakes just seemed like tiny gray dots. Maybe they had melted in the city air currents, or the pollution in the air made the difference, but your snowflake shot is a real revelation to me. Just like the drawings!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the snow star on pink. That's perfect!
ReplyDeleteI admit your macros are fantastic, but I sincerely hope it will be the last snowflake of this year, lol ! I am fed up with winter !
