I love Snow!
I love snow! Every time I discover flakes are floating down I am popping my head out the door every few minutes.
Bye deer!
No, really, bye deer! We cannot take up our Christmas decorations until we get enough melt off, or we'll break them, so we simply unplug and let them get covered.
After we've cleared the driveway . . .
Then I must get out of the house and check the world out. Plows rule!
And we don't have tiny plows up here - you do know where plows are made, don't you? Yep, Wisconsin. We have some monsters!
Plows are everywhere when the snow is fresh.
Also, the sleds (snowmobiles) come out.
So, uh, yeah, this is what my world looks like for a good 6 months of the year. . .
Even parking lots are cleared in record time. Nothing slows us down.
The piles just continue to grow.
Our little town of 12,000 has a snow clearing budget of 1.4 million dollars. Snow is expensive, and salt is hard on our cars, sand helps with traction too, and someday spring will come. . .

I'd just LOVE to send you some of MY snow!!! Really, I would!!!
ReplyDeleteAfter false hope of spring for a few days we're just having another snowstorm. Might turn into rain later but just now it's a white world out there again.
ReplyDeleteWow! That looks so cold. I think your attitude it great. If you can´t beat it, why not love it, right? :)
ReplyDeleteLoved the pictures!
Great shots, you got quite a bit! I love snow too, but I'm glad our has been gone for a while now. We're expecting 3" of rain today, so serious flooding is a concern. I'd be a little worried about a Florida company that made plows!
ReplyDeleteYou seemed to have gotten more snow than we did.
ReplyDeleteYup, I'm thinking you live in the right spot, you snow lover...
ReplyDeleteUgh. I don't know if I could take winter that long. 3-4 months is about all I can take!
ReplyDeleteLovely wintry shots! It looks like that here in Sweden too for about half the year...
ReplyDeleteHoly cow!
ReplyDeleteHoly Cow! Good thing you love snow!
ReplyDeleteIt almost looks like those two plows can't pass eachother without having to pull over a little!
ReplyDeleteI'm shivering just looking at all that snow!
ReplyDeleteYou better love snow living where you do!
ReplyDeleteAnd I think all that snow is headed our way! I love snow also, but I'm very ready for spring now. Please? :)
ReplyDeleteAmazing. I love snow too - only get to look at it though :-) I can't imagine it for 6mths straight! Again I say amazing :-)

ReplyDeleteOh, I am so waiting for that day! Love your pictures though.
ReplyDeletewow that's a long winter--and I also liked watching your fish play (in the next post) have a good day.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I can't even imagine it. We're hitting temps in the high 80s in Phoenix already. Snow doesn't even equate!
