It's been pretty wet here lately, pretty on the leaves, but tiring on my head, lol.
Macro Monday is easy to play, snap a macro (or any close-up) photo, post it on your blog and come back here and sign MckLinky. Don't forget to visit each other. :)
I know what you mean! I was SO tired of rainy, overcast days. It was really nice to see the sun today! You're right though - those photos look really neat.
My poor bicycle is parked in the garage. I love autumn, but not the slippery roads. Our weather has been so wet lately you can't even rake the leaves. Whew -- I hate raking leaves.
Nice photos Lisa. After I saw your theme and photos, I scanned another slide and snuck a wet one into my post. Ain't this fun?
Oh these are wonderful..what beautiful shots! It has been really wet and frigid here ..sadly most of the leaves froze and just fell off!:( But the Oaks are hanging in there!! Namaste, Sarah
Oh, I really like these shots! The leaves aren't pretty like that here. By the time the fall to the ground they're just brown and dead (and soggy from all the rain). No pretty colors.
Your macros glisten. We've had a mix of lots of rain interspersed with a few nice days. Too much rain though has drenched everything. I LOVE how you capture water droplets.
Sweet! But I sorta know what you mean about the rain. We've had several days of off-and-on now. Chilly, wet and raw (I know, I'm breaking your heart... I can still get by on a sweatshirt.)
Hi Lisa. My first visit at Macro Monday. I love macro so thanks for hosting one challenge for this interesting technique. Yes water. It´s a lot of it here to, in Stockholm. I really love your close up :-) Sharp and colourful.
the ole "rain rain go away comes to mind"!! But you have pretty leaves!!! ours are like rubbery brown!! they don't look so pretty!!! I love the rain drops though!!
I LOVE the leaves! So pretty, all those different shades of yellow, brown and orange! It's one of the few times I love orange, I must say, because it's not my favourite colour, but autumn gives it enchantment.
My link is up! I'm back after a three week holiday plus jetlag! :)
Yes, it certainly looks wet. But the photos are gorgeous as always. As a child I went to a friend's house and we'd rake leaves up into a pile. When we were done we'd go jumping in them until we had to rake them all together again. Of course they weren't wet. It was a blast. To be young again.
This is such a familiar sight. We've had the same wet gloomy weather.
ReplyDeleteThe heavy leaves are piling up. No time to rake between rain drops.
Happy MM.

ReplyDeleteIt's been raining here over the past few days too, with thunder and lightning but only for 1-2 hours, then it's sunny again.
