To be honest, I spent all day yesterday playing catch up from being gone. But 12 days of vacation was awesome and I only opened my computer twice the entire time. It was great to totally break up the routine and do something entirely different!
I finally got all my photos onto my computer (about 3000) and haven’t really even looked at them yet. But I know you are dieing to know how the meeting with the in-laws went first and foremost.
It was great! They are the nicest people! I took this photo of Dennis with his mom and dad, his aunt is on the left. All three of them speak Spanish and well, I don’t. So we couldn’t really communicate at all.
Haden was nice enough to shoot this photo for us. We really had a great time visiting. Well, I mostly listened - I comprehend a lot more Spanish than I could ever speak. So I was able to follow the conversations for the most part.
And although Haden shies away from the camera we did weasel him into a photo or two. I’m really happy I got to meet them and am hoping to catch up with them again before they go back to Honduras.
They look like the sweetest people!!
