Remember Buddy? Do you know how hard it is to try to macro a cat's nose?
And Boongie is Buddy’s roommate and he tried to ignore me.
But eventually, after I had chased cats all over the house, my son held Boongie like you would a baby so I could get a close-up of that adorable nose!
And, where there’s cats, there must be cat food.
Macro Monday is easy to play, snap a macro (or any close-up) photo, post it on your blog and come back here and sign Mr Linky. Don't forget to visit each other. :)
Getting a macro of any part of any animal is a challenging task, but especially so when you're right in front of them where they can see what you're doing. Awesome work!
ReplyDeleteLovely closeups. How much cat snot did you have to wipe off the lens??
ReplyDeleteCute kitties! And their food look so yummy! Ha ha!

ReplyDeleteCat's are good, dogs are better. Ducks.
ReplyDeleteSo Cute! I had to change my cat's food the other day because she's diabetic. She so does not like me right now!

ReplyDeleteI'm impressed you got up that close and clear!
ReplyDeleteThe nose knows! These are wonderful shots. I accidentally took a macro of my own shnoz recently, but it was nowhere near flattering the way these are!
ReplyDeleteHow cute. What a challenge those photos must have been. Have a question for you. Do the sandhill cranes that summer in Wisconson migrate through Nebraska or do they go further east as they go north? I saw one at Squaw Creek, which is in western Missouri, last week. Wondered if he/she was off course or headed your way. Thanks for any information you might have in advance.
ReplyDelete1st photo is my pick.

ReplyDeleteGood job on the nose. Our girls have done some macro shots, but they wait until the cats are asleep. The food photo might draw a couple of cats.
