Macro Monday

IMG_4998

These sure didn't turn out as good as I had hoped.  I guess that's what I get for being too lazy to get out the big camera.  These are iPhone photos.  I wanted to share the wonderful ice and snow we got this week.  Winter is really hang onto us here in central Wisconsin. :(

The branches were full of ice, and ice dangled from the tire swing.  At one point a few days later the ice all spontaneously left the trees - it was very loud!

  1. Wow and hear I was complaining about a few dark clouds and cold wind. Thank you for posting, I will be thankful I don't have snow or ice. By the way I love the ice hanging form the tire swing.

  2. Hi Lisa,
Boy the snow is just giving everyone a real pain in the neck. I see North Dakota is being pelted as I write this. Living in the North East I hope we have seen the last of the snow. Just can never count on it until mid May. I love your photo's. The ice hanging from the tire swing is so awesome. Well it's awesome to look at but hopefuly the snow and ice are out of there ASAP! Thanks for hosting Macro Monday!

  4. The delayed spring has certainly frustrated everyone. I was amazed with the detail you phone camera produced.

  5. Awesome photos Lisa! I would love to have some snow unfortunately it will never happen as we're in the tropic. Too hot most of the time.

  9. I'm sure that you all are quite winter weary in your parts, but I'd love to have some of your winter images instead of the 80 degrees we expect today. Hope your plants didn't get ahead of themselves and think it was spring in WI.
