I get delighted to have an opportunity to walk a path, any path. It can be one I've never walked or one I've walked many times. There's always something new to see. A bee on a flower.
A huge dandelion.
Is it still called a dandelion when it's the size of a softball?
Spiderwort is a favorite of mine.
I love the chaotic way it grows! No surprise there!
{These were all taken with the point and shoot - some days I just don't feel like carrying the big gun for several miles.}
I am always excited when I begin a walk too cuz you never know what you will see...it's never the same twice! Great photos:)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Sharon that you never know what you'll find in among the trees, tall weeds, etc. great pictures. hope all is well.
ReplyDeleteLovely shots
ReplyDeleteit makes a smile on my face
so beautiful and peaceful :)
pretty nice shots for a little guy.
ReplyDeleteI guess you can find beauty anywhere, you just have to keep you eyes open.
ReplyDeleteThat really looks like a huge dandelion. Never seen one that size before.
Beautiful and inspiring. Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, under the dandelion, superb..
ReplyDeleteI have a point and shoot I carry when I hike in the forest. Sometimes it amazes me by producing some mighty fine photos too. I'd say yours did very well here!
ReplyDeleteI hear ya on lugging the big camera around all the time... it can get tiresome! I really should usurp hubby's Nikon Coolpix, lol. Love the detail in the dandelion shots, too cool!
ReplyDeleteLove what you did with the spiderwort!
ReplyDeleteThe dandelion is so beautifully taken, I just love the perspective!
ReplyDeleteYour point and shoot does a great job!
ReplyDeleteI need to do more of this. You always come back with such awesome stuff.
