Relaxing day

After so much packing and cleaning it's really nice to just be sitting in a motel today. Dennis had to work this morning and is still working on his computer. I'm knitting and playing puzzles on my iPad. :).

This is the beginning of a hooded scarf. This will be the pocket on one end of the scarf.  Folded up like this and a button goes up at the top.

My little rib

Boy, this has to be the most traveled bone ever (outside of body anyway). It moved from Joplin, Missouri to Corpus Christi, Texas. The to Marshfield, Plover and Amherst Wisconsin. Now it's off to Boise, Idaho.

Chaos in Motion

A gathering of a bunch of people I love. :)  I will miss them all so much once we leave Wisconsin.  The Idaho move is imminent and this is going to be one crazy week!

Toddler fall hat

Loving how this is coming together for a lady's daughter.

Finished up these 4 pairs of owl wrist warmers and have two orders pending. I do have them listed on etsy but if you're local send me an email.

Winter Sunrise

Old and New

I attached this ball to the ceiling to help me in parking the Jeep in the garage.

But the Prius gets a laser pointer, lol.  I guess it's technology for the technological car and old school for the old one.

Brodi just parks where ever he wants.

A Cold Winter Day

It was frightfully cold the morning I took these, but the eagles eating breakfast helped me forget about my freezing fingers.

It was amazing to watch this guy test the ice, he would put a foot out, press, press, press then step forward.

White-lined Sphinx Hummingbird Moth

Marüshka love

I found these two silkscreened canvases last summer and snatched them up to hang in our farmhouse.  Now I'm curious about their maker.  Does anyone know more about them?  All I know is the creator was an art teacher in Grand Haven, Michigan, he died in 2007 and his canvasses were popular in dorm rooms in the 70s.  When popularity started waning in the 80s he changed to clothing items, like aprons.  I have not seen these two prints in any of my searches.
