ReplyDeleteSuch a bold color, but yet so delicate. Much like ourselves. A mix of both. I had to laugh at the photo of all that snow and the comment about looking forward to grilling. Don't you know a TRUE northerner grills year 'round? :)
ReplyDeleteOne of my good friends and book club members has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer (she is not a smoker) and gone through her first round of chemo. It's just so scary. But you and your joyful photos and messages give such hope. Thank you so much!!!

I want to say how much I sincerely admire American people when they speak of severe diseases and handicaps in such a natural and surprising way. In Italy we feel scared and ashamed of these things and generally avoid to talk about them. I think it isn't good and it doesn't help at all.
