The Everglades had so much to see that my head was constantly turning this way and that! If I looked up I could see awesome plants!
Or coconuts waiting to bombard my head!
Or an Anhinga reading to divebomb me.
Or I could play peek-a-boo with an Ibis.
The more I looked, the more I saw.
Watch out!
Interesting photos because I´ve never been to the Everglades so it´s fun to see how it looks. Cool birds too! Have a nice day! :)
ReplyDeleteAlways remember to look up, that's what I always say, although there are no coconuts here waiting to bombard my head!
ReplyDeleteLovely. I've never seen a coconut fall on anyone, but it must happen sometimes!
ReplyDeleteGreat... now I have "I've got a loverly bunch of coconuts" stuck in my head. Thanks. Thanks a lot.
ReplyDeleteThat Anhinga is an amazing looking fella though. Deedly-dee.
Now I'm hungry for something coconut... lol... great shots!
ReplyDeleteWow! The birds are absolutely spectacular. Some I've never seen.
ReplyDeleteI left a challenge for you on my blog, if you do that kind of thing...
When looking at birds overhead it is important to remember to close one's mouth.
ReplyDeleteSO AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteThat Ibis is an interesting bird, isn't it? What a great beak!
When I was in Mexico, in the jungle - I couldn't stop looking up. I had to always remember to *stop walking* while looking up or I would trip. Just my luck to fall in the river or step on an iguana or something. ;o)
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World, to be sure. Love the photos. And the birds sure are gorgeous.
