Updated to add answers: We were at our son's house with a group of young people, while they kept getting texts and phone calls I thought it might be neat to pile them all and snap a photo. But it was hard to snap with the fingers flying into the shot trying to make sure the screens stayed on. Mine's the red blackberry and my husband's is next to mine, the Touch. Dennis didn't have his work phone with him (it was the weekend) or we would have had one more.
Bumper Cars for Cell Phones! That's what it's like. Great shot.
ReplyDeleteWho would have thought that would have made a great picture?
ReplyDeleteI don't think any of them look like mine.
LOL..........I recently attended a baby shower for my niece. When my sisters and I were clearing the kitchen counter to make way for the food, we had to move the cell phones. Suddenly the amount of cell phones seemed so much greater as they were lumped together on a close-by bookcase.
ReplyDeleteThe scene looked very much like your pictures......................:)
Oh my...which one to choose???? Happy WW:)
ReplyDeleteI imagine them all ringing at the same time. An orchestra of cell phones. Are they all yours??? (as in, your family?)
ReplyDeleteThey remind me of the hps confiscated from kids who use them in classes when they are not permitted to. Haha.
ReplyDeleteYikes! Looks like another bill to me! LOL! We just copped dd1 having a car crash, thank god she is okay but as she was in the rear, pouring down rain, the woman in front braked suddenly she could not avoid it. We of course cop the bill. Not a great time for us but hey, money is material right? My baby is in one piece! Phew! Her car is a little wobbly and copped the most damage! I am beginning to feel life is sticking me something right now! LOL! Can't seem to breathe without it costing me money I do not have! I wants to run away and hide in the bush for a while! Its totally free! LOL~
ReplyDeleteThe only reason for those hand phones to be laid out like that is you are shopping for you and the shop assistant kept showing you one after another. I might be totally wrong on this. Since its wordless Wednesday I m guessing.
ReplyDeleteWow. Are all of these yours or are you shopping for a new cell? Either way, cool shot!
ReplyDeleteWhich to choose...which to choose...
ReplyDeleteTHat's quite a collection.. decisions, decisions! Happy weekend
ReplyDeleteHoly technology, Batman! Are these all yours?
ReplyDeleteTracy above cracks me up! Seeing all the phones, makes me want to go out and get a nicer one for myself.
ReplyDeletecan't even remember when i wasn't with cell phone. it is like being with child. always with you.
ReplyDeleteMan, that makes my old phone look dated, LOL. Great shot.
ReplyDeleteWhoa, that's a lot of connectedness! Are they all yours?
ReplyDeletelol, I'll say!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a full counter!
ReplyDeleteWhere did they all come from?
ReplyDeleteWow! All I see is red beams all around us with people talking on the phone. Interesting photo that makes me think...where do all of them go when we are done with them and want or need another one? hmmmm...
ReplyDeleteWhat a curious collection. Did you just get all your friends or coworkers to contribute to the shot?
ReplyDeletei wonder if we'll have to have a special incinerator built to take care of all these discarded, outdated, communication devices. I'm sure they'll find out that they harm the planet eventually and can't be buried in mother earth
ReplyDeletebut it is an interesting picture
Dang, why isn't some big company paying you for your photos. Fill up your prints site, woman. Funny I'm watching The Wire and it's all about burners, cell phones you throw away after a week. I picked up a little mp3 player today that looks like one of those.
ReplyDeleteDo you text? I hate it.
Gizmos! I too love the tech. I do donate my cells and hubsters too.
ReplyDeleteThe local womens shelter....I have one sitting here . Thanks for reminding me.
I have so many things to sort through for spring...I think it is easier to move! Hugs TJ
We currently have 3 cell phones in the family, plus the land line which is technically not because it is internet phone and wireless.
