Macro Monday is easy to play, snap a macro (or any close-up) photo, post it on your blog and come back here and sign Mr Linky. Don't forget to visit each other. :)
I found this tiny little camera in a geocache.
I really wanted to be able to show you what you could see through it, and then I had a brilliant idea - rare in my life ;)
So I held the tiny thing up to the bright sky and viola, you can see the sky and the trees all upside down, but you still can't see what you see when you actually look through the eyepiece. . . hmmmmm....
well, getting closer didn't help. . .wait a minute, what if I. . .
Now you can see the pandas, and if I click the button then you can see. . .
the Toucan . . . and the sky and trees but hey, that's as good as it gets.
lol this is great! i don't think i would have thought of this. wonderful! :)
ReplyDeleteHI....I just found your blog and love it....and best of all, I'm from wisconsin, too !!!!
ReplyDeleteI am a macro lover and I'm going through winter withdrawls as I love to use that lens outside best of all !!!!
Lisa, a fun macro post. Such a teeny tiny camera.
ReplyDeletePretty remarkable little thing!
ReplyDeleteInteresting and cool shots. Mine's up!
ReplyDeleteThose are cool shots, I love it.
ReplyDeleteI love that tiny camera, and to think you can actually see through it! :-) It reminds me of when I took a picture of a celebrity through my binoculars! ha! That was PZ --- pre-zoom! It was blurry, oh so blurry!
ReplyDeleteLast week I was going to post the photos of ornaments, but I thought I'd better get the cars on there before Dennis thought I'd forgotten! So this week I have the ornaments... looks like we had the same thought. I like your new ornaments. I have some new baubles but if I don't get my tree up soon I'll need to keep it up until Valentine's Day just to make all the work in setting it up worthwhile!
Luv'n'hugs!

Very, very cool! Reminds me of a toy my mom used to have and then passed on to me. It was called a ViewMaster. It was a kid-sized camera that you could hold up and click through various photos on little discs...sorry for the horrible description, but it was a very neat toy.
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa, What a cute camera! My Macro is up! :)
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I was fooling with my grandma's old box camera the other day and finally discovered that you had to look through the viewfinder from a distance! Everything was upside down too!
ReplyDeleteToucan Sam? That was really neat to see through the lens. Way tres chic.
