PLEASE pray for my hometown, Joplin, MO. A horrible tornado went through there and demolished much of what I knew for 30+ years of my life. :( My family is all ok, one is now homeless, but all are still alive.

  11. Beautiful shots, so crisp and colorful.

So sorry about Joplin. We're under the gun here now in NW Arkansas, hunkered down under a tornado watch/warning. Scary stuff. Happy that your family are all okay! Hope it continues that way. : )

  29. Lisa, I'm so thankful your family is OK. I was watching the news reports this morning, and it is just terrible. I pray for mercy for the town's people, and that each one's needs will be fully met in the coming days and weeks. This has been a very eventful spring in the midwest, and the events have been tragic. God bless you and yours.

  44. Lovely images... so sorry it's taken me so long to get back here and comment... Joplin has been in my thoughts recently and now that I know it is where you live, I will hold it more closely in my thoughts. Hope that your homeless family member finds permanent shelter soon and glad to hear you are OK... it is so sad when this kind of disaster strikes anywhere.
