Loved the low clouds just sitting there - this was shot through the side window of the van.
There was a path that lead to this bluff jutting out into the lake and I stood in the wild wind and looked this way. . .
. . . and that. . .
. . . and over there.
Just a drive by shooting, lol.
This is Lake Sherburne, a little further north.
Falling water everywhere, I loved the balanced rock and the turquoise water.

ReplyDeleteWow, really beautiful... reminded me a little of the mountainscapes and lakes when we visited the Highlands of Scotland a couple of years ago... Love the mountain top with the misty cloud...

ReplyDeleteI've just revisited my childhood looking at your images of Glacier National Park... what a treat! We lived in Cut Bank, MT for 3 years (for me, 6th, 7th and 8th grades). It is very near the East Glacier entrance into the the park and all our vacations when we lived in Cut Bank involved camping for the weekend (or week or more) in one of the many campgrounds, hiking various trails, even swimming (brrrr...) in one of the glacier fed lakes. Fond memories revisited!
