  3. I am really starting to love ducks because of the photos I see here. I love the curly tail in that photo, and the faces are just so cute.

  5. How funny - our duck tails must have been separated at birth! I have one so similar, 10th photo down here: http://teelgeephotos.blogspot.com/2009/01/camera-critters-01-31-09-more-ducks-and.html I took duck feet too! This isn't my Macro post though. My ducks weren't in snow.. Very cool photos.

My MacroMonday is posted on Mr. Linky.

  9. How did you do THAT ! laying on your belly in the snow and crawling towards the duck ? The pictures are gorgeous !

  14. Oh I love these! Ducks are so much fun -- you'll think I'm nuts, but I especially like the orange feet!

  15. They are gorgeous.
I would love to "shoot" some birdies.
But there are none nearby, plus the sunshine is missing ;)

  17. These are awesome! All of them rock, but my favorite has gotta be the tail shot. It kinda looks like the rear fender of an old car (maybe a '58 or '59 Caddy). But the "head shots" for these two are remarkable too and I like the way the feet in the last frame seem to "belong" to the shot above it.

Magnificent as always Lisa. Just amazing. Must've been some long lens work here... I can't imagine you being able to get close enough to use a macro lens on them.

  21. Wow, and that's funny because I was trying to snap a little mouse creature over the weekend and didn't have time to get the telephoto deployed. I should post it even though it's not a good photo because I have no idea what it is. But it sure did scurry quickly over the snow.

I should really try and remember to get in on this meme one of these days! Took some great shots of my kids' matchbox cars yesterday that would have fit the bill. Oh well...
