I find it really funny that a couple of years ago I yearned to see a Cedar Waxwing, in my bird books I thought he was the absolute best bird to ever see. Finally, I saw one, not only one, but many, I discovered each time I came upon them that they prefer to be way up in the trees, far from me, but also in large groups. Last summer, I felt blessed to have a group in the woods across from our house. Daily, I went to watch them eat the berries from the trees. Today, a group has come back, and this year they are eating the berries on my trees! A welcome blessing.
