Beautiful. Love the title too. I love birds, even though I'm not so good at recognizing them and especially not since you don't have quite the same ones as over here in Sweden. Can be problematic for me to translate the names too :-)
Thanx for your earlier visit! I invite your blog readers to see why Jenny Craig is a multi-millionaire on my WW-post this week. I gotta go do some sit-ups...
So pretty! By the way, I was dropping in to remind you that my Karina's Alphabet Soup challenge starts tomorrow, and I'll have the Mr. Linky up at http://creativekarina.blogspot.com then. HUGS!!
Looks like a female house finch that needs to brush her beak ha ha ha. This website will help you distinguish between the Purple, House and Cassins. Compare Finch
What kind of bird is that? He's got a really nice pattern on his underside.

ReplyDeleteThere are many about on my patio too!
They are very nosy and curious little creatures, that's for sure!
Lovely, looks like a sparrow to me. I have not seen one in a long while, we don't really get them up this way. In the city they were everywhere.
ReplyDeletePerfect catch for Wordless! Hope you can drop by at my corner too... Happy WW!

Almost human in its expression. Nice shot!
