Rock Words

I don't know why by there are many words written with rocks along Salt Lake - like graffiti.  Some areas the rocks are covered with water, but most they aren't.

There are moments that the only healing I need is to be outside. To sit by some water and watch the dragonflies celebrate, see the fishes blow bubbles and watch the birds flit by. These moments help me find my balance, give me strength to keep going.

It used to be warm here

After the coldness of yesterday's post I thought we needed a little warmth.

Britney went to the doctor yesterday and she is now dilated to 3cm and 60% effaced.  We are still waiting.
