petals

It seems some flowers are many tiny flowers pulled together to make one bigger creation.  So intricate and wonderful!

Color

The only color (other than white/snow and brown/sleeping-trees) I get to see for months on end, are colors we bring home with us. While the white has finally all melted, the brown has not quite given up yet, leaves will come eventually. . .right?  Dennis bought me some daffodils during the American Cancer Society's Daffodil days last month.  Such a bright, happy color!



This is one of the flowers that was in my Valentine arrangement.

Flower Petal Macro Monday

There were flowers blooming in New Orleans! They were a wonderful sight!

Soon I'll have flowers like this one, blooming again.

I got a new macro lens and this was the first shot with it. :) I love it so far!

an ant's view

Seeing tiny dancers in the center of delicate, transparent petals can make my heart soar!  It takes me to a happy place where no worries reside.
