Truffle Macro Monday

We were on a side road near Madison one day when I saw a chocolatier sign fly by the window - of course I made Dennis turn around. The building was set off the road a bit and we were the only car on the parking lot. We entered the door and found a single glass counter showcasing 3 different size truffle boxes. We could look through a window and see a man making truffles and that's pretty much all that was there. We bought a small box - it was like $15 for 9 truffles - boy I hope they're good.



Classy packaging - they sure are proud of their "C". Even the handles on the door were C's.  You can order online if you're curious - but you cannot choose which flavors you get.

Here kitty, kitty, kitty.

A sweet white chocolate truffle with a tiny pink heart for a nose.

And a wispy white tail curling over the back.

They were friends. . .really good friends. . . extremely yummy in fact!
