I cannot stress the importance of maintenance enough.  Your body needs food, exercise and regular check ups.  Don't neglect yourself!

It didn't happen overnight;  the neglect and abuse slowly piled up until the house was abandoned.  You only get one body, make sure you keep up the maintenance.
