There are 2 parts to me, not only the me before cancer and the me after, but the me who can forget the cancer ever existed, and the me who feels weighted down by it. I imagine it's pretty healthy that I prefer to live pretending that the beast never got me, but I don't pretend so well that I forget to go to my follow-up appointments. ~ Results tomorrow, fingers crossed.
